@Kim+Morgan+1234The only way is to phone Sky, unfortunately unless you are out of contract you can't cancel the whole package without paying a large fee.

If you are out of contract you need to give 31 days notice.

If you are able to cancel and you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.

If you’re cancelling Sky Q totally don’t forget it’s very important that you keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es) as Unipart are not quick at telling Sky you have sent equipment back. Return packaging will be sent out towards the end of your notice period.
