If there is no option in your My Sky account or the VIP App then unfortunately you need to contact Sky directly

Note that you can't "buy" an additional mini box, you only ever loan the equipment and it must be returned to Sky if you ever close your account.  Any payment charge is for administrative purposes.

The charge depends on what equipment you haven’t returned to us:

• Sky Q 1TB box - up to £117
• Sky Q 2TB box - up to £135
• Sky Q Mini box - up to £52
• Sky Max Hub - up to £75
• Sky Broadband Hub - up to £53
• Sky Q Hub - up to £50
• Sky Max Pod - up to £68
• Sky Broadband Booster - up to £36

Sky mini boxes, like the main Sky Q box, are loaned to you. You can't buy them. Contact Sky when the lines reopen to discuss as there will be a charge and if you haven't already got a Multiscreen subscription then you need that too.

I am a SkyQ customer I have multi room box already I want to purchase another room box for my daughter room I tried to buy one yesterday but they couldn't take my payment from me and they are not responding to call me back so I need to know if there is a way of me getting a mini box another way not sure what to do

As already stated, you can't buy one. They are loaned to you by Sky for the duration of your Multiscreen subscription or until you cancel Sky Q. 

Persevere on the phone although the lines may still be busy after yesterdays outage.
