How can I link my existing Amazon Prime Video subscription to my sky Q account?
For example, when I use the search function on sky Q, a number of probes,s that appear in the results are only available for Amazon Prime Video. When I select the program, it says I need to upgrade my membership package to continue. However, I already have an Amazon Prime Video subscription and just want to be able to watch this via my sky Q account (as opposed to on a different device)

Thank you, but it still doesn't seem to work. When I say "open prime video" into my voice remote, I get the same message at the top of the screen- "to use thus service you need to upgrade your subscription". Similarly when I go to the apps menu manually, I don't seem to have any options other than "best of Sky" and "where's Santa"

Leave the box for at least 10 minutes before trying the next step as sometimes things take a little while to settle down.
