Home move

I have recently moved house and have installed the sky Q system myself. How do I go about updating my address.

Because you'll need to go through all the security checks, I think you have to call Sky

@Zeroi13i

What you've done is against your terms and conditions. The equipment and viewing card must only be used at your (previous) home address ie; where the account is registered. I would suggest calling Sky asap and explain what you've done.

Re: Home move

Why is it against terms and conditions. There's absolutely 0 logic behind sky having an issue taking equipment to a new property.

Only that you're meant to tell Sky before you move.

Re: Home move

Also to add I asked on this forum about moving the equipment myself and was told by another super user

"It belongs to Sky so as long as you update the address when you move in then you will be ok."

i guess I was misinformed

Not sure how long for as the Sky box will do a location check at some point, and when it doesn't correlate with your registered post code, it will stop working.
