@Bobbiroy
This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.

No signal normally comes from your TV, no satellite signal normally refers to your Sky box. Have a look at this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
If that doesn’t help you, at the end of the link it should give you an option to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.

@Bobbiroy

Sky will not reimburse your recent payments nor will they contact you by email in response to your post. You will need to call Sky to discuss your issues.

Assuming you are not subject to a minimum term then you have to give 31 days notice to cancel and it cannot be done on this forum.

Sounds like your dish (assuming not communal) has an alignment issue.  You need to contact Sky to send an engineer to check it and credit would normally be applied from the date of reporting the issue until fixed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

@Bobbiroy

Loss of some (or all) satellite channels is often down to some problem with the dish alignment or weathering encroaching on cabling etc..

Storms in recent weeks are likely to l have affected many customers

As your problems are specific to your installation, SKY can't correct them until they know about them, thus the first thing to do is to book an engineer, to check out your system.
