Home move for next month seems incorrect
Hi I booked a home move for my Sky Q for 6th August - on checking the order
it is only showing my current address - and not my new address not sure if that is how it should show
or if it was an error. It took ages to get through to the home move and ages on the call -
i cant find the number i used for the home move to check on this. Last thing I need is a sky engineer turns up to my current (soon to be old address) to try install the sky dish again.
Any pointers on this would be appreciated thank you Dino

On the Order tracker, my move address is showing my soon to be old address . Is this wrong or I am missing something ?

I spoke to sky moves - and they said its a known "bug" showing old/current address for a move - he double checked and can see my new address as im moving next week with all my sky services. Annoying though that it gives this wrong information still.
