Home 1080 Home not working

Hi, I have mode not supported on my TV - I have tried home 1080 home on the remote but it is not working - any guidance here?

@StephP1 Have you tried rebooting your TV and your main Q box ie
putting your TV/box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile
