(As my signature at the bottom of my post states I don't offer help via PM). As stated this is probably a message from your TV. Doing a search at the top of the Sky Q board and inserting 'not programmed' provides quite a few similar posts where the same advice has been given. Not programmed is a message from your TV's Freeview Tuner.
