High contrast mode

Hi,

I usually have my accessibility setting to high contrast for the black background. But it's now turned back to blue with no explanation and is stuck in this mode. How do I turn it back to black?

hi @Green+grass+4

 The setting is in :

Home - Settings - Accessibility - High Contrast

If that doesn't appear or let you change it I suggest you try a power down restart:

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

 Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

 Wait at least 30s

 Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

This has happened to my box a few times over the years, when I've enabled high contrast.

You will need to power reset your Sky q box and set high contrast back to On in the accessibility settings;

Home>Settings>Accessibility>High Contrast
