Catch up not working since moving home

Just completed Moving Home today and sky q box successfully installed.

 

all seems fine but catch up is saying. "Can't reach this service right now" but it's done that since 4pm today? Also tried reset etc but no different ?

Hi @jamesy0123 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

Tried reboot, pull plug and switch off etc but still getting error message saying "we're having trouble reaching this service right now" ??
