I think you may have to explain a little more - SKY Q boxes just connect to the  TVs via HDMI cables.

Are you having problems with a main box or a mini box or both & how are you trying to connect them & to what ?

What specific error messages are you getting ?

It's the main box. It asked me to press the WPS button which I have done several times but still no connection. WiFi to other devices is working but not the the Q box it seems

Unfortunately not really my area of expertise but I am sure others may be able to advise. 

Can I just check who is your home  wifi with  - is it SKY or a 3rd party and are you using their router or an independent router  ?

If SKy which router do you have ?

WPS doesn't connect a television to a main Q box: it links a main Q box to an internet router (or a television to a router).
