Hi - I just came from holiday. When turned on my sky Q to check my recording, there’s nothing there!
Hi, I just came back from holiday, when I turned on my skyQ tv to check my recordings, there's nothing there except for the message saying 'sorry, this service is currently unavailable! How can I retrieve all my recordings?

Hi @George76 Did you turn the power off when you left for your holidays?
If not, try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.
