Hi I am trying to get sky cinema on my sky Q but when I do it on the app or online it won't do it. Also when I try to do it on my sky Q box it tells me to head to sky.com can anyone help please xx

When you say "it won't do it" what happens? Might be tricky to sort this one out over Christmas.

might be worth trying sky on twitter as they seem to be working Christmas day.

On my sky box it says got to sky.com and when I go to do it on a computer onnny account after pressing upgrade package it says shopping basket empty

These things are usually down to strange issues with your account that only the Sky team can sort out unfortunately. I would definitely try twitter and tell them you want to give them money 😁
