@NothingButUHD try rebooting your router then the box you are trying to download on I had this the other week and the reboots sorted it for me

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

I've got this issue too. We can't watch a Christmas film because of this error!

Reboot your router and try again. Worked for me
