My sky isn't working but I only had my Internet fitted on 25/06/24

@Riaa123  You've posted in the Sky Q forum which uses Satellite to deliver Live channels, do you have Sky Q?

 

What error messages do you see when you turn on Sky Q?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
