Help with internet connection
My main sky box is telling me that it isn't connected to the internet. I've gone into settings then status, selected my internet provider & added the password. I've checked, re checked & checked the password again, it is correct, however the message I'm met with it 'unsuccessful connection. Please check your password and try again'
not sure what to do as the password is correct 🤦🏻♀️

Re: Help with internet connection
Try restarting both your Sky box and your broadband router. Then see if they will connect.
