Help please UHD

I have just subscribed to UHD and didn't realise you had to set it up but I have and the picture is a lot darker on UHD do you know why ???

The most common reason is you have set your resolution to 2160p 10 bit. The 10 bit resolution carries HDR, so if your TV does not switch on HDR the picture will be dark. Quick solution is change it to 8 bit.

Which box do you have? Home -> Settings -> System info -> Hardware version.

There could be lots of reasons why your TV is not recoginising HDR switching. It needs to be a quality set with a high peak brightness.
