BT channels and BT sports channels (TNT) not working.

S8nce last weekend with all the bad weather, we are unable to view any BT northwest channels and any of the BT (TNT) sport. 

We can only view BBC if we choose a different area of the country and the sports we can only view the TNT Sports Ultimate channel.

Getting a bit fed up of paying nearly £200 a month for a bit of rain to distrupt viewing.
