I need to book another TV engineer visit, they have been once to try to fix our ongoing connection issues.
saying that if it doesn't work that someone needs to come out and install new boxes (we have a Q plus 2 minis)
i cannot find how to do it on the my sky app and really don't have an hour to waste on the phone
can anyone help please?

you would need to follow the connectivity troubleshooting on sky.com, to the end point and if an engineer is required, it will present you with that option.

Thank you for the link, a bit disappointing that I have to repeat all these things when the engineer that has previously been out told me that if what he did didn't work we needed to book another visit for a new box
