My sky box Q I cannot record or download problems as it says the Hard drive problem.

You'll probably need a new box: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-hard-disk-error-messages

 

Remember to remove your viewing card for a box swap.

Make sure, when the courier arrives with your Sky Q box replacement, you remove the viewing card from your current faulty box, as you will need this for your new replacement box.
