When starting Sky Q a hello message has started appearing every time, always used to just go to the home page? Any ideas to stop it?

Are you sure it's from Sky and not your TV?

Hi, Yes the box & TV are connected to a smart switch and Google turns them off on command.

But this has always been the case and the Hello message only started a few weeks ago?

I see your point but as I said we turned it off before and this didn't happen, also everyone is doing their best to save energy, I turn almost everything off at night.
