Hd not working

  • Hi I got rid of HD unbeknownst to me little knowing u now need to pay fir it. So I got a new contract including HD,  so a few channels work but most of the channels are in sd even tho it says on my TV guide HD for most of my channels.  I've switched off the sky box and router, but to no avail. Please help

What do you mean they're in SD? If you are choosing an HD channel from the guide then it has to be in HD.
