Hd being charged

I spoke to an advisor last month and he added hd on my package for free. Since then I have had to have an engineer out and he changed my boxes. Hd has disappeared and you want to charge me for it now. Can I have it put back on for free as I did previously. Thank you

Was the 'free' HD add on time sensitive ie; free for a limited time like a month.

I suspect it was a trial.  You'll have to pay for it if you want it...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
