Can I activate my free Disney + through sky go or do I need to be by main tv?

@Simon357  Sky Go is a PC/moble app and does not support other apps within it, so no you can't activate it through Sky Go.

 

It needs t be through your Sky Q  Box (not TV)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 indicates, it's signing into the app on Sky hardware (Q, Glass or Stream) which demonstrates to the app owner that a qualifying Sky subscription is in place.

 

This is the same for Netflix, Disney+ and HBO Max.
