I was just browsing trying to get my bill down. Saw an offer for 'HD and Ultra HD' at a discount. Added this package and cancelled the HD package I had. Now I have none and can't seem to add them.
Are these not two separate packages as implied? Do they piggyback off each other? Surely I should've been advised that I could not have the 'HD & ULTRA HD' if I cancelled the basic hd.
Why is it called HD & UHD if you need the HD at the same time?!

I am afraid that it can be confusing.
the offers do often combine HD & UHD but in add on terms they are not one add on but 2 separate add ons of HD & UHD - there is no combined HD &UHD add on as such even if it is marketed like that with a single button to upgrade.
you must have HD to have UHD
Thus removing HD also would also remove UHD
You should not really get an offer for the combined pack when you already had HD but sometimes the systems are not set up as we would expect
