Hbo max basic freeze

Hi.

My sky shows hbo as 'already yours'

 

When i go in via sky app  and get hbo, I have all the blue subs screens with basic showing as current. I can toggle up and down but no further. On the highlights screen I click on the prog but nothing.

Tried to sign in instead and for several different times and days neither the email nor code works. They have my correct email, and I even tried typing it but no code email is ever received. I have checked my spam. Nothing. The code shown on screen shows as invalid if I put it in the mobile app via qr code.

 

I am at a loss, help please.
