Just got Hayu. Watched for a while then went bck to a Sky channel and now when I go back to Hayu it shows this error every time. Not a great start. What can I do to rectify this?

Hey, it's sky q. Genuinely the worst thing sky has brought out. Such a waste of money. I've been having this problem with Hayu on sky also and it doesn't seem to be able to be fixed. My advice.... get a fire stick. I can't wait untill I'm out of contract. Sky q is terrible for this. There's always something wrong.

I activated Hayu yesterday, watched 5 episodes of a programme then triedto log in this morning. I kept getting this error message, so I visited the community to find out what to do.... I read a few comments and then recommended I log into my sky account to participate. The moment I logged into my account the Hayu app flicked into life...

Thank you. When you say you logged into your Sky account do you mean on a different device, PC, laptop or something?
