Hayu on Sky Q not showing on Sky app rail

Hi,  I have just signed up to Sky tv/broadband for my new house.  IThe Hayu app isn't showing on the Sky apps rail, anyone know how i can get it there?  I have a subscription with Hayu already so don't need another one.  I used to have Sky and the Hayu app was there so not sure why it's not there now.  I'm in Ireland.

Your two duplicate posts have been removed. A quick Google search suggests it is available in Ireland.

I saw that it was FREE with my current Sky subscription but that does not appear to be the case in Ireland?

Hello moved house so all new sky q box - I don't have fibre

i go to apps to look at something on Hayu and it's not on the apps bit

I ring sky and they say go to sky market place and subscribe but I already ah e a subscription  to Hayu for last 3 years - how can I get the app to appear so that I can just sign in with my subscription I already have    ??? It's beyond annoying

HayU isn't free with any Sky package. There was a Sky VIP offer for a 90 day free trial but it ended on 8th May. https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-TV/3-Months-Free-Hayu-with-Sky-VIP/ba-p/4616069
