Have swapped sky glass back to sky q cant access tnt and pay subscription to bt
Have swapped sky glass back to sky go and can't access tnt which I subscribe with bt. Any advice

Hi @Louise69 Does BT have your correct Sky Viewing Card number? Either way, it is BT that need to activate your subscription.

They should have. I had sky glass for a week and swapped back to sky q with all the same set up

@Louise69 since changing back to Sky Q have you informed them you have gone back to Q and given them your card number again as they will not know you have changed back to Sky Q
