TNT SPORTS is fine on my main Sky Q box but on the mini box it tells me to ‘wait a few minutes’. The

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.

I subscribe to TNT sports through BT, and I pay for multi-screen.

However we are now waiting to watch champions league and it only works on main box .

Chat lines are useless, SKY routes me to BT.

Both SKY and BT phone lines are 40 minute wait, so maybe second half??

Whatever happene to customer service?  I pay £150 PCM between to 2 of them.
