Have returned Sky equipment but am being chased for it

Hi,

 

I sent my Sky Q box back in the prepayed box provided on 8th May 2025. I have the paper receipt but I didn't receive a confirmation email from Sky outling it had been been received by the courier, like some others have said they have. Since then I keep receiving texts and emails demanding the return of this skybox with potential threat of charges.

 

Could it please be possible to have some help with resolving?

PS: I also have confirmation from the Post Office that the parcel was delivered.

Good you have the post office receipt.

That should have the tracking details and will show its progress through the system as you have seen.

You should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
