This morning I switched on my Sky Q as normal but it won't boot up. The amber light on the box changes to green using both the remote control and the button on the box but the tv stays black. I changed the batteries on the remote but I get the same issue. I switched the box off (amber light) then pulled the power cable out, waited a few minutes, then connected the power cable. The box started whirring and the word "Hello" appears on the TV followed by "You Will Be Ready To Go In a Couple of Minutes" but the TV just goes black, the blue logo on the front of the Sky Q box stops flashing and the light on the front of the box is amber.
I've tried resetting several times but I can't get past this screen.
