Have not been able to watch sky for last two months very upset customer
Please need sky dish and reception sorting it not going to cancel account

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
Threatening to cancel your subscription is pointless. If this has been ongoing for 2 months is there a reason why either
- Sky haven't sent an engineer out to check or realign the dish?
- you haven't contacted Sky to report it?
