Have new Sky Q Box & need to 'pair' it to get it to work

I Have a new Sky Q Box & have plugged in all cables etc. Got a message on TV saying, Box needs to be 'Paired' so I have to go into SETTINGS to find 'SET UP'. How do I go into SETTINGS
