Have the HD channels changed? 404 now no longer in HD it's now 862

i have gone to 404 on my tv and it is still HD

@MG17 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
