Hard drive

Message says no hard drive. No recordings, no access to iplayer. UHD works on channel 41 despite message saying this service is not avaiable. Anyone have a number for Sky to talk to a person? Spoken to two Scottish robots so far. Have tried all resets.

If you do need a new box remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box before it disappears into the back of the couriers van and accept any new power cable DPD deliver with the replacement box in case it's different to the one you have.
