Constant reboot & change
Got a new Sky Q box 4/5 weeks ago. Working fine until last few days, when I turn on tv & Sky it says at the top "this programme is no longer available" - the Home Screen appears & can access recordings/settings but can't watch live tv - no picture, just sound (and stays on the same channel)
each time I reboot/plug out & restart it works again until the next time.
I've tried all the suggestions I can find online.
