Hard drive failure
So despite my trying all the Sky tips to reset my hard drive, all failed. I have ordered a new Sky Q box which is due to arrive today - will i have to wait for an engineer to set it up, or is this something that i, or someone else can do?
Thanks

Re: Hard drive failure
If your replacement Sky Q box is being sent through a courier to you, you can setup as detailed in the Sky Q help article here;
Sky Help | Sky.com
The courier may ask for your failed Sky Q box back, to be rturned to Sky.
Make sure you remove your current Sky viewing card before returning your failed box, as you will need that for your replacement box.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.
