Hard disk Error

For the second time in 3 weeks our Sky Q box is showing 'Hard Disk Error'. I reset the box the first time & obviously lost all recordings etc. I know I'm probably going to lose them again but as this has happened twice relatively close to each other should I just request a replacement main box?

I think that's best idea...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@PandJ2020 I've finally managed to request a replacement! Took some doing. Sky don't make it easy!
