Hard Drive Dead?

My Sky Q box won't rewind live TV, it won't record and if I try to play anything I've previously recorded it says it's unavailable.

The mini box upstairs is the same.

Has it died on me?

@Nosmoking if you are sure its your hard drive then follow the link below it will lead you to ordering a new box 

 

Have you tried Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

rebooting your mini box
