Had an upgrade to hdr box 2 Days ago. Just prior to engineers arrival had a problem connecting with my Virgin Broadband. Upgraded box fitted but engineer had problems connecting with Virgin. He checked with Sky and was informed Virgin Media has done a software upgrade which is causing a number of problems to Sky Q and Glass customers. He informed me Sky are looking into it and had no idea when a fix would be able. Now can only watch, not record or catch up? Can anybody confirm Sky are sorting this?
