Had a mini box for months now and never been able to watch sky documentaries as it says subscription

Can watch our sky documentaries and also BT sport what we subscribe to down stairs but using our mini box in another room the documentary channel says we need to upgrade and pay and as for Bt sports we are unable to watch it at all via mini box. This has been from the start and only from speaking to an advisor 2 days ago who told me this shouldn't be the case

Hi @SandraEliz 

If you subscribe to BT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes. Also through Sky BT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive BT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive BT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge.

Ok yes it is through BT I think. What about sky documentaries though ? I can watch that via main box but not via mini box

Hi @SandraEliz 

With Sky Documentaries;  are you trying to watch one's recorded or broadcast in UHD..

Obviously Minis are not UHD capable
