HDMI port issue Sky Q

Hello I have an issue with my sky Q box with the hdmi connection port which appears to of come loose, cable is loose when it’s plugged in, how can I have this resolved please?

Hi @Reevo87   It will probably need a replacement box, best to contact Sky.

@Reevo87Unless Sky think it is accidental or deliberate damage it should be free but Sky rarely seem to charge for damage.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

 

The team that support these forums I think should be able to assist - if not they will point you in the right direction

 

As @MightyQuinn says - if it needs fixing/replacing then being SKY Q this will be done as part of your susbscription at no extra charge (unless they deam the damage is not from normal use etc)
