HDCP blue screen reoccurs randomly?
HDCP message randomly reoccurs. Done the plugs, on off, unplug for 30 mins etc. but it happens once or twice a week? Sometimes can be fixed by holding down sky button on remote, but sometimes no sound when it comes back on? Surely I shouldn't need to keep rebooting sky each week because of this?

When you say power off.
Make sure you are powering off your TV as well as your Sky Q box.
By switching both off at the mains
Would, on the power off make sure the hdmi cables are reconnected securely at both ends.
