Apps not appearing only on one minibox

Hi - just had superfast braodband installed so new router and new wifi code.

Updated the main box no problem - 2 other mini boxes all fine.

One mini box shows no apps when you go to apps - just has the SKY icon. No youtube etc etc.

Turned off at the wall done the 001 refresh - still nothing.

Any ideas why its just one box and how to fix?
