Hello
I'm pretty new to using Sky Q but what I've noticed is if I set a recording for a film, say on ITV and set it to record in HD I only get, for example, 1 hour 3 minutes (that appears to be the time on all recorded films), but if I download the film via catch up in SD I get the full film - any ideas? Thank you.

hi @himbo99
I think you may be suffering from Films that often get split by the news or even a news bulletin on some channels (C4 & C5 seem to do it more than ITV).
In theory the Series Link setting should record both parts but we know the channels don't always set the series link for them so for such films probably best to check the schedule & set each part to record to be sure

When you go into catch-up, you should be able to see a button for "all formats" to select the format of choice, if available.

Thanks so much for your reply, and both films were on C5, I will know for next time.
