Netflix not in UHD anymore and now in Standard subscription

Hi. My Netflix subscritption is showing as standard rather than premium, even though I have the Ultimate Add-on, UHD add-on, Sky Q box (2TB) and have had not had any issues in the past. I have logged out of all devices and tried to re-launch but it is still showing as standard.

 

I can only watch on 2 deives also, even though in the past I ahve been able to watch on 4.

Hi @kevj76 

Netflix prices have changed.
However these changes should not come into effect unless you change or renew your Package .  Looks like you may need to contact Sky to check your account.

Thanks, they said they have made some changes and it should revert within 24 hrs. Let's see if that is actually the case. If not, will be on the phone to them again tomorrow

absolutley useless tech help from Sky, every person tells me something different. Still Standard netflix even wit the pacakages below
