Your TNT subscription allows you to the have TNT sport section of HBO max app only. As a Sky Q subscriber with signature you also are intitled to have the basic entertainment with ads in HBO max app only for free . If you want you can upgrade this to "without ads" for a extra fee. If you get you tnt sport though Sky and go to the My Sky app and click on "my products" you will see HBO max listed twice, one for TNT sports and the other labled " Basic with add". If you want to upgrade to without adds just click this one (Basic with ads) and you will be taken to another screen which will give you the opportunity to up grade. As I said this will involve a extra charge and will invole you puting a credit or debit card details in. As this done as a separate subscription though Sky Marketplace to your normal Tv subscription and will not be add to you tv bill.
