HBO max problem
Hi I have the hbo max basic subscription just added through my current subscription but I can't seem to view any programmes. When I click on the hbo max app it asks me to login but I don't have an account (even tried my sky login but that wasn't recognised). When I try to sign up it takes me to a blue page which shows the subscription options saying my current one is the basic. Then it has a list of hbo max content highlights but I can't search anywhere and if I click on a window, 'the pitt' for example it just gives a synopsis and no option to watch. Any ideas please as searches on the internet suggest I should be able to create an account and password 🤷🏼♀️
