I can't get HBO Max to work on the sky Q box - it works fine online through the app on my ipad, and is all registered correctly in mysky and looks setup.

But when I go to the HBO Max app within the sky Q box it says welcome back, get access through sky via mysky etc (which I have already done).

I spent 45 mins online chat with sky to find a resolution, rebooted the box twice, software downloads, and reinstalled all apps but it's still the same - how can I fix it?

Every day since HBO has been available I have tried to activatr it to no avail

Sometimes I am redirected to HBO.  Sometimes they email me a code.  But every time I enter the code I get the message "Something went wrong. There was a problem commecting to your provider account. Please wait a few minutes and then try again" and, no matter how often I try again, I cannot get access.

Same with HBO TNT 😞

i see we have HBO in our multi room, but not on our main box and both are sky+ HD
it seems main box has a different package as i cannot open anything like box sets or HBO

how is that possible

On a Sky+HD Box, HBO Max content should show in the Catch Up TV Tile.

Trying to enter my profile info on hbo max app to use. Big fail. When typing info it keeps double counting my characters. I can not complete the profile page and log into app. Can't see how to complete info on my Sky app? How can I activate hbo max app with this glitch ?

I have sky signature with sky q I have activated hbomax app using my skyq login. . However I can only access the sports section. When try to access other programs all it says is unavailable with your current plan. When I click get access it says login using your sky.com/myskytv. I am just going round in circles. How do I login as part of my sky subscription to access the other other programs non Sport.

After umpteen updates and refreshing APPS

HBO sign in option on mini box QR code link, signed into mini box, it was a pain took a day  but multi screen is apparently now working

I presume you tnt sports subscription is though sky? If so have actually activated.your  HBO max entertainment though the app. On the sky box or though the. My sky app?

Finaly,  after weeks, i could Activate my HBO MAX Account, i Just Scanned the QR Code on the Screen, and Create an Account.

It not Work with my SKY Q, (Long Story)  but like Discovery+ on an Android Device.

Through the discovery app I had access to tnt sports. Sky have switched this to HBO but have decided to charge for tnt instead. Why is this? Sounds like a breach of contract
